The debate between whether going to university for a job or hands-on experience is realy contenious one.Some people believe that having education can provide more carer pathway while, some believes that skill and experience can lead to more jobs in this competative world.This essay will explore both perspectives before my opinion.
Proponents of universities education argue that it provides overall knowledge about the job or course in the peaceful environment. A student can know all everything about the job and will perform faster if it is his zone. For instance, doctor needs to have education about every parts of the human body then patient can be helped to overcome illness.Additionally,live of patient is in hand of doctor so, doctor should be specialist in his field which is only provided by universities.
Advocates of hands-on experience argue that it gives required skill and abilities to perform well in the specific category. Skill can uplift the capacity to perform excellent because it boosts confidence and speed of work. For example, construction work needs a skilled and experienced worker inorder to handle tools properly and to minimize the injuries. Moreover, it is only gained by active practical involvement and from universities.
In conclusion, while both university education and hands-on experience plays a vital role in job sector because to have job we need experience or skill to have this we need education about that. Thatsway, in my view everyone should fulfill both section by doing internship while studying.This can lead to better opportunities in future.
