There are growing numbers of crimes held in this modern world. Thus, people have some opinion about this such, someone believe this circumstance can be reduced only by government, while others think each individual is responsible for prevent themselves.
People who argue that these crimes should be shunned by governments, provide some statements to value their points such as, pier officials and politicians have the power to control public nuisance by using three forces of the nation and put hardest rules and punishments to accused. As well as in a severe situation they can use weapons too. However, government forces cannot find and try to reduce every issues because of people who are doing such crimes could create a fake victim and escape from the punishment. Moreover, it is impossible to go by following even a tiny problem to government.
Simultaneously, rest of the citizens understand the disability of government and argue that each individual should prevent themselves from crimes. They say that the protection of crime is self-responsibility as they could avoid even a small mistake which leads them to do main crimes without fear. Even though, everyone cannot act against the crimes because some accused threatening public to hide their crimes and destroy victims. Additionally, people mostly from middle class and they may not risk themselves for fighting with notorious ones.
In conclusion, governments can rule biggest crimes by providing hard punishments, such as murder and lifetime jail. At the same time, each citizens have to protect themselves without doing any illegal activities which may take them to become bad persons.
