Today,some individuals argue that government need to take responsibility for illiteracy of adults thereby contribute funds for the education. Whilst, others concerned about this trend. Personaly, I agree with this statement since some adults do not have ability such as read and write due to physical limitations.
To start with, in many occasions people who can not write and read is vulnerable humans. One of the main mission of government is curbing number of illiteracy in settlements therefore,goverment should provide several charge programs which found cash for basic skills of vulnerable adults. It is clear that unminor people without skills is drop out education and inhabitat in inconsistend conditions.As a result, currently they are not able to write and read.
Accordingly, for solving this issue to provide a charitable programs is effective measure. This kind of BENEVOLENT FUND need to based on offering aid for adults. Charitable programs in Denmark is a prime example, adults around 25 to 40 with disability able to tap into lessons with phsycologyst and other experts and working with them.
In conclusion, vulnerable adults can embark education despite maturity due to charitable programms that are provided by governments money.
