Many people believe that if you have a teacher all the time, you learn better; others think that studying alone is best. From my point of view, I firmly agree that having a tutor always benefits.
There are many reasons why some people believe that studying alone is beneficial. To begin with, students can control the study environment when they are learning alone; as a result, it helps to set their mood. When their mood is good, they will concentrate on their studies. Besides, students also control the study schedule if they study alone. Students must know when they concentrate fully on their studies. So, they concentrate during those times. For example, although most students concentrate best in the morning, I concentrate better at night.
On the other hand, many people, including myself, believe that students learn most when they are attached to a tutor. Firstly, if you have an expert teacher who is brilliant in a student’s life, you will take many advantages. For example, students understand complex concepts via a teacher, but studying alone is very tough. However, a tutor will help and support your studies. This means teachers will correct mistakes in your studies. Moreover, a tutor also provides feedback on how you can improve your skills. In particular, I wrote a lot of writing to prepare for my IELTS exam. I had an expert tutor. So, all of my writing was shown to my teacher, and he corrected mistakes, identified my weak points, and gave me tips on how to improve my writing skills.
In conclusion, although learning alone has benefits, learning with a teacher has more advantages. I believe that it is essential for learning.
