It is considered that some believe that getting a university degree is enough for securing a better job Moreover, some conflict that having an experience and skills are more than enough for a job. I believe that university degree is more important for student to do succeed in the future and skills and experience are help to establish a business.
Firstly, I suggest to the school student that after competition of school taking admission in the college and university degree. Its help student to get a exact knowledge about their desired field and get one step closer to your dream job. Interviewer give a special fewer to the tertiary education one for example, being a teacher or doctor you need the good knowledge. This comes from certain level of degree.
On the other hand, getting a good and valuable skills and certain level of experience is also required on some area where there is no need of tertiary education just like managing role you have to manage a team by their skills and communication that you have. From these soft skills you have grown a business diligently that’s you can’t do with higher education. So I also believe that some soft skills and experience are also need to grow their career.
