Some people believe that viewing films is a waste of time. I strongly disagree with this statement and will present my views further below.
Movies are the source of entertainment and relaxation. Watching films that provides messages can be very much beneficial to an individual and also to the society. One can learn good things and implement it in their life. Films can also be consumed as way of relaxation, since, nowadays people are very much busy and tired of their work. Social messages towards various practices can be represented in the movies which will definitely make an impact in the community. For example,”Toilet” movie reflected the ongoing problem of washroom in the rural areas and some part of cities.
Not only to give messages, movies can make people laugh by their comic acting and direction. Comedy movies are the most watched genre of art which indicates that people are loving to see films which are naturally funny. It can freshen up one’s mood by providing full on entertainment. For example, after working for all day tirelessly, one can their time with their closest one by enjoying movies together. Movies that reflects the socio-problems of the society should be promoted rather than those who prioritizes violence and misogyny.
Lastly, I think movies which promotes wrong information should be banned although I strongly disagree with the given statement. I believe with proper stories and messages, movies can be very much influential and important to the human society.
