In the current era, most individuals assert that physical classroom learning provides better education for children through direct interaction with their tutors. On the other hand, some prefer online education, arguing that it enhances knowledge in specific areas of study by offering numerous resources. In my opinion, offline study is paramount for students because it teaches not only academic content but also essential life skills and improves their overall health when compared to e-learning.
Face-to-face learning allows students to develop important skills such as discipline, teamwork, and communication while studying in the classroom. They not only gain subject-related knowledge but also learn valuable ethics, such as how to collaborate respectfully with peers and how to behave appropriately in social settings. Additionally, interacting with instructors one-on-one enables students to easily address their problems and receive quick solutions. Consequently, everyone should consider offline study as essential for gaining knowledge and enhancing their lifestyles.
On the other hand, in this technological era, online platforms provide vast educational resources on a wide array of topics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many students opted for online study because physical interaction posed health risks. The internet offers numerous resources, with YouTube providing many engaging visual aids that appeal to students. This multimedia approach allows children to grasp concepts more effectively. For instance, animated presentations are an excellent method for delivering content to young learners. However, some online content is restricted for underage students due to its appropriateness.
In conclusion, while e-learning has proven to be an effective medium for delivering information, it cannot completely replace offline learning. The development of children’s ethics, discipline, cooperation, and communication skills is best achieved through in-person education. Therefore, I firmly support the importance of offline studying.
