Many people argue that zoos,where creatures are contained in artificia enclosures, should be banned in this century. This essay totally agrees with this statement because it is cruel to keep an animal in a confined space, and natural programs allow us to view animals without the need for a zoo.
On the one hand, some people argue that preserving wild animals in zoos is considered cruel in this modern era. This is because, by doing so, we restrict their sense of freedom and the amount of space they inhabit. For example, lions, which are considered the kings of animals, require large areas to live, as they always run along those areas and protect their groups. Therefore, they need big spaces. That’s why I completely agree with the idea that we should not keep creatures in a confined space because this leads them to lose their freedom.
On the other hand, natural channels are an option for people since they give us great opportunities to get valuable data about wild creatures’ lives. As a result, while staying at home, humans will be able to watch them via TV channels or social media platforms, such as YouTube. For example, in Uzbekistan, a large number of people are using YouTube profiles in order to become informed about wild animals’ ways of life. Therefore, I believe that using social media platforms such as YouTube allows us to learn about wildlife and its events.
In conclusion, many people are of the opinion that wildlife parks, which maintain wild creatures in cages,should be prohibited. I quite agree with this idea since it is savage to keep those creatures and natural programs like YouTube give their viewers the opportunity to observe wild habitats.
