There is an opinion that women should be occupied only by the household, other ones believe that nobody should be restricted in chances. In my opinion each human on earth should have equal rights. Firstly, to prohibit something from any certain group of people, feels just inhuman for me. Secondly, with some types of jobs women cope better than men.
Officially limiting woman’s role is simply inhuman. To divide people in groups and create ones with limited rights, and, consequently with lower status is obviously not a feature of developed society. Furthermore a bit similar ideas caused the WW II. It is harmful for individuals to be deprived of some options. Every person regardless of gender should have the freedom to pursue their passions, and interests without facing barriers or societal expectations based on gender stereotypes.
Additionally, promoting gender equality is not only a matter of moral norms but also essential for economic prosperity and social cohesion. Independent studies show that countries with greater gender diversity agenda, usually are more favorable for living in. Women-friendly policy provides developing potential of each person and society benefits with a bigger range of skills, qualified workers, talents, greater productivity and overall wellbeing for all members.
In conclusion, the idea that women should be limited to household roles is not only morally unjust but also counterproductive. True progress and prosperity can only be achieved when all individuals regardless of gender are afforded equal opportunities to pursue their goals.
