In this modern world, the lifestyle of people has changed completely as compared to the past. There are many alternatives available for people for selecting their work location. Some people believe that there are a lot of benefits when employees worked at home instead of working at the office. There are many pros to it than cons and this will discuss in the further paragraphs.
Discussing the advantages of employees worked from house is that it makes employees feel comfortable. Because employees do not spend to much time on transprtation. It can be converted into the productive work. To cite an example, many people spend many hours driving to their workplace and back to their home in daily basis. At the same time they could use this time to done thier work as earlier as faster, which may help them to increase the work total output. Another advantage is that doing work from home is also helpful to maintain personal and professional lives balance in the life; when employees working in jobplace, that time they don not have any quality time for their family members. In addition to this, it can reduce the airpollution level. To examplify, in the large cities, thousands of vehicles are run on the roads which create harmful gasses but it can be reduce some extra pollution by working at house.
On the contrary, there are some drawback too. To initiate with, soial attrection is the one of the most disadvantage. Employees are not able to meet new peoples, a number of customers and colleagoes; which they have no strong friendship that make them less socially active. Beside this, having technical difficulties in working from a long-distance office, they may arrange video calls for doing meeting and conference, atthat time, there is a possibility of having poor signal or trouble in connection. Due to this, it affects the whole amount of work and quality of work.
All in all, after analysing the above mentioned arguments and reaching to the logicl conclusion, although social attrection and technical difficulties are being a drawbacks of working from home, while, in my point of view, the benefits of comfortzone, pollution and balance in both life outweight on it.
