It is thought by some people that working from home would be a better option for the majority of employees compared to working in an office and commuting daily. In my opinion, remote work can bring more benefits to employees, than work in an office.

There is a lot to be gained from work at home. Firstly, such kind of work helps employees save their time by not traveling to work. This time can be devoted to various activities, for example, going to a gym, spending time with family, or just pursuing a hobby. All these activities contribute to the wellbeing of employees. Secondly, working from home implies that employees can organize their workplace as comfortably as possible, creating an environment around them that helps them focus on tasks and work effectively. Third, employees that work remotely usually have a flexible schedule, so they can work whenever they want.

On the other hand, working from home has some disadvantages, such as lack of informal communication with colleagues and the need to constantly have high quality Internet all time, that is a difficult task, especially if an employee lives somewhere in the countryside. And it is important to note, that the first disadvantage affects employee wellbeing, which is critical for the employer, as it can reduce employee efficiency, so employers should conduct different events for this category of employees, that increase wealth and support their mental health.
