Nowadays, the lifestyles of people has changed completely than in the past. There are many alternative ways for people to select their place for working. Some people believe that there are a lot of benefits when employees worked at home instead of working at the office. Personally, I strongly agree with this statement. There are more advantages than disadvantage.
To begin with,the first reason why people should work from home is comfortable. Employees do not spend time for transporting. Then it can reduce their emotional for the crowded situation that would make them curious an annoying.These cause people will rise their capability and boost their skills. Moreover,people will have enough time for creating their work. For example, my sister used to work at the office but dur to COVID-19,this trend of working have manipulated. So,in this period she usually works at home. It helps her to be more motivated and have a whole day for working. This is because she can wake up late and use the moment for staying on herself.
Furthermore, the second main reason is people can manage the conference very easily. When employees stay in their places,they will have the same period for working. Comparing to working at the office we should assign the date to another company for a long period.However,when we worked online, we can keep in touch very closely and do not spend a long time waiting with them. For instance,my brother had a chance of working online, he told me that he can do his job very practical and straightforward . On the other hand,some people argued that works from home have some drawbacks, such as lack of social attraction. To conclude,although it has some negative points,the positive side is more efficient as per my opinion.
