Some pupils prefer to go on a journey after school and before entering universities. However, many individuals argue that gaining work experience is more helpful when it comes to building a better future. I believe, the latter approach would be more beneficial and will discuss both sides.
On the one hand, students suppose that traveling can help them immerse themselves in positive thoughts, which is helpful before facing difficulties in university. They find it a great opportunity to avoid tensions of their current life for several months, allowing them to focus on their courses when they enter a university. Therefore, they entertain themselves by visiting various places to prepare their minds for demanding subjects such as mathematics in the near future. For instance, Youngsters argue that being in a natural environment and green spots benefits them to be more focused later in life. However, in my opinion this is not the case.
On the other hand, many claim that in order to be a successful person in the competitive job market, students have to acquire valuable experience by working in their favorite fields before starting studying at the universities. Working in the current atmosphere of the country, helps them to develop their general knowledge and gain some practical skills, ensuring they achieve success in their future occupation. For example, if teenagers want to be a civil engineer, they can visit reputable construction projects and apply to work for free to get familiar with possible drawbacks and advantages of these career. Consequently, they would make substantial progress in their study and work.
To sum up, although traveling after leaving school would have some positive aspects, choosing to work during this period would be more beneficial, as students can gain precious information, leading to a brighter future.
