Finally, their recognitions are distorted and commit counter violence to the society.
However, any attempt to overemphasize the role of outer-factors either poverty or social issues is turns out to be excuses for criminals while disregarding the more essential role of personalities. For example, three 11- year old boys conducted bullying on a peer and eventually led to death.
