It is usually contented that different types of crimes are caused with two reasons. Someone asserts that the world problems like poverty or other social issues provoke people to conduct violation. Others argue that personal nature affects their illegal acts. However, there are numerous of perspectives on the presented statements.
The grave argument that can arise in the consideration of causing crimes because of the external circumstances is that the world inequality of people as well as the poverty of some countries leave no other option for society as conduct the criminality. Latin American, especially Mexica is an example of the metioned reasons. From the economic viewpoint, the criminal rate in Mexica in comparison to other countries has significantly high indicators, which can be interpreted as many citizens committing crimes in this area. First and foremost, it can be explained as weak economic condition of the country, where individuals cannot find another way to finance themselves as managing illegal acts.
Another explanation of forensic activities is that personal negative traits provoke persons to violation. Not only can our negative surroundings rise the desire for fulfilment these actions, but also our bad nature, which was brought up since childhood may be the cause of this. In this case, the genetic line and attitudes of adults, especially parents from a young age play an important role in everyone’s future. For example, some scientists proved that if on the genetic line of the child there was someone who was managing criminal activity, there is a great possibility that this chlild in the future will have tendencies to commit similar crimes due to their behavior that was laid genetically.
In conclusion, from the presented information and arguments in this consideration above, I would like to express my opinion that bad nature and immoral behavior are more powerful explanation for me as the cause of implementation different kinds of crimes.
