Nowadays, schools play crucial role in students future and they usually encourage students to do their best performance with give some prizes to them. Some individuals think educational places should reward students who have better academic results and other think they should reward students who have other kinds of success. For instance, students who won the medal in sport competition or music and students who have good attitude in their school. I personally believe that behavior and other kinds of successes are important for student who have ability or talent in those fields.
Myriad numbers of schools or academic institutes try to encourage students for getting high scores and be a successful person with give them prizes. These benefits help students to be more motivate and be a hard worker in their studies because schools utilize those prizes to have an intellectual influence in their mind. Moreover, students study more and do hard working to achieve those. Additionally, that can be a technique to encourage students for success. Because of that, they should reward students for better results.
On the other hand, numerous numbers of students have good behavior in their school or they have a good sport career in school’s competition or they have a good talent in play instruments. Nevertheless, these students have their own place among students who try hard to be successful and education academies should prize them too. When I was student for example, my friend won some sport prizes from distinct competitions but that school which I studied in it, never encouraged my friend to did sports as a professional. However, my friend had good exam points in academic examinations but he was great in swimming and he did not continue that.
In conclusion, academic institutes try to encourage students with rewards and students try to achieve good results but they should not forget the students who have other achievements in different fields because they have special ability in that area and institutes should encourage them too.
