Several universities provide conline courses as additional or alternative to classes delivered on campus. Especially due to this era of evolution where many education services are provided over the network.
As techonogy develops rapidly, especially in education, there are some alternative ways to access knowledges as an advantage of this developed era. One of them is by accessing online classes on the university’s website or app. Since the Covid 19 pandemic appeared, plenty of institutes started to use this kind of method where students are able to attend or watch the class recording which should be delivered at their campus from home. This is a practical and efficient way, since the lesson can be rewatched or replayed whenever the students need to. For example, not only when the pandemic appeared, but for learners who want additional classes from other universities, this method gives big opportunities for them to gain various insights from other teachings.
On the other hand, there are negative points from this issue. Should those learners access the online course when the class starts, especially for institutes that are mostly conducted by online classes. However, not all colleger are willing to attend those classes, meaning they are lazy. This could be a detriment to both the education institute and the student. With several colleger unwanting to attend the course, they could not catch the lesson and could lead to unsuccessful graduate. Even worse case, this could have a huge impact towards the varsity where they will be stamped as a failure student creator. Some other varsitys could reject those students for applying as well, since they do not have enough potential.
To conclude, not all online-taught courses could lead to success in terms of technology development. Some foundations need to apply strict provision before taking these new learning steps. However, plenty of benefits are provided as well by this learning method.
