It is considered by some that competition brings advantages for children while others think cooperation is more necessary rather than competition. Although corporations can help kids develop significantly, I believe that it is unnecessary at children’s age.
On the one hand, the so-called competition can be beneficial. The key argument here is that this creates resilient youth, and will bring them experience support for life in the future. A good example of this is participating in competitions in schools which allows students to compete for each other’s achievement, kids can try their best and be proud of their achievements. Furthermore, they have full skills, and they can be aware of weaknesses and strengths after failures. As a consequence, it helps them prepare for the real world where they will face fierce competition with others in daily life.
On the other hand, children must live in an open environment, cooporate, and interact with others. This is important for ensuring the children can learn from each other and raising EQ. Take, for example, Le Hong Phong High School which organizes many teamwork activities and encourages students to work together. This effort creates active citizens in the future. By contrast, if kids don’t cooperate or interact with friends, this can lead to a way of living secluded and not teamwork.
In conclusion, although cooperation has special benefits, they would students to rely on others, thus we should create a healthy cooporate environment.
