Due to the globlization, it has become quite necessary and important for the students to have knowledge of different language or be aware with the various culture. In fact, I support this statement and believes having bilungial or being familiar with the different culture is defenietly required for the students have a better quality of life.
First and foremost, if student spend some amount of there life time in different country, it helps them to understand there culture and may familier with their lifestyle and culture. Nowadays , it has become indispensable for academaic students to have knowledge of different langauge, due to the competitiveness of getting job, students has to have better qualification or some sort of expertise in their fields to get better job. Let’s take the UK as an example, the requirnment of getting admission in MBA you have to score above 85% in your HIgher study.
Secondly, being familier with another country’s culture is also important, what i mean by this is, it would be easy for students to settle down in other country if they have already acknowledged with thier lifestyle, their behaviour or their culture. For example, recent survey done by Univercity of Cambridge, poeple had very less issue to settle them down in another country, if they have spent 2 years atleast beofre there.
In conclusion, i would say it should be complusary for every acadamic student to spend atleast 1 year in different country, so they can be ware with the world situation.
