The internet has been a great development for the society but it has it’s own demerits. Researchers have analyzed that majority of the youngsters prefer interacting and socializing over online platforms rather than connecting with them physically. This could a result of parents or teachers not being able to prioritize time for these young ones . In order to encourage these kids to have off-screen interactions few steps can be taken by the elders around them.

One of the major reasons of the youth relying over online media is that the lack of family bonding due to work or other loads of pressure. This is why children feel lonely and try to find connections on-screen. Therefore, after a point it becomes into an addiction. Additionally, the comfortability and ease of accessibility is another factor influencing them to prefer chat or video interactions to bond with people.

A few measures can be implemented by the elders of the family and the educators of these children to exemplify the importance of offline bonding.

For instance, family members should take out some time to bond with there offspring and teach them communication skills. Teachers should keep an eye on his/her students to hep them emotionally and provide right guidance and support.

In conclusion, drawing from the essay and my compelling rationales, on-screen interation among the youth may cause barriers for their overall growth as an individual. Nonetheless, the implementing the aforementioned ideas the young generation population can be influenced to learn better and effective communication skills and also, to make reliable bonds by meeting people in person.
