Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerning about whether employers should concerned about the quality at work or the way their employees dress. While i argue that the quality at work should be focused on, i would argue that the uniform of employees is also vital.
On the one hand, there are two primary reasons to the vital of uniform at work. Firstly, a dress code is essential for portraying a professional image and fostering a conductive work enviroment. By a professional appearance, it reflects positively on the company’s reputation. Moreover, the clients may have more confidence in a well-presented workforce which leads to grow up business chances.However, a dress code is only necessary in a few case. Like for instance, in the client-facing roles, adhering to this policy is completely essential but in others field, it may be not vital.
On the other hand, concentrating on the quality of the work should supersede concerns about appearance. This is primarily simply because when staffs are intelligent and have a creative thinking, they will enhance the productivity and contribute to the development of companies. Besides, in today’s tech-driven industries, a strict dress code may be perceived as outdated. As a result, employees can advance effectively their capabilities without thinking too much about what they wear and how they look.
In conclusion, while i accept that the attire of staffs should be concerned, i would contend that it’s has more benefits when focusing on the quality at work. A balance should be stuck between these two to achieve the best outcome.
