Nowdays whenever you go to social media or turn on your telvision you will always watch or come across news about crime. Some people in society think that law breakers should have an established penalty. Just like a person who commits murder they should also be killed while others believe that the type of crime one commit should be put into consideration.In my opinion i agree that the crime should be put into consideration and i will give examples.
Firstly, you will find that a criminal is jailed with other offender who committed huge crimes .For instance a shoplifter will be put in the same cells with bank robbers, murderers and rapist.Hence i strongly believe that the type of punishment they give to such offenders should be different according to their crime.
Another reason, is those who are in prisoned for murder or bank robbery turn to corrupt other inmates on how they can also commit such evil acts. For example you would find that a person who was jailed for six months would come out of prison and rob a bank or kill someone.ln my view the government should avoid this in our communities, we should not be subjected to such happenings.
However, some individuals believe that criminals who kill another human should be hunged to death. In other words they do not want to see them walking or moving scrote free .Hence, they think that death is the best judgement for them.
To sum up law breakers should always have a fixed punishment like life for a murder while others argue that the type of crime should be put into consideration.I strongly disagree that murderers should be sentenced to death rather they should be taken for rehibilitation and reconsider their jail sentence.
