Some believe that tertiary education isn’t necessary to get business success. I mostly agree with this opinion. Because I consider that the knowledge gained during the study process isn’t enough. And to become a successful businessman We also need to an experience exactly.
First of all, we should have a glance at what is this being successful in business. Getting success in the business sphere is to survive a difficult and long journey, solving all of the problems that you face and being able to think creatively to develop your business. If we limit ourselves to just university studies. We obviously won’t be able to cross these challenges and get success. Because in universities, we are just given theoretical knowledge that in the future we won’t be able to use if you wouldn’t practice it. So we should also get practical knowledge by observing the working process, being around people in this sphere, also experiencing that situation. Practicing also helps to improve communication skills which has an important role in business.
But on the other hand, we can’t do any practice without having some special knowledge, so a university degree is a corner in every type of job. Additionally, tertiary education gives opportunities for personal development because it provides increasing earning potential, enhancing career opportunities and so on. Nowadays if you apply for any job you will be asked for a university degree and diploma.
In conclusion, I would say that tertiary education is important to be successful in business, but it doesn’t mean that it’s all we need to become a successful businessman. Because it doesn’t make any sense without practical skills that we get by experiencing working processes.
