The world we live in is changing very fast. It influences not only the daily life behaviours and habits, but also the health of people. More people try to optimize their life, fix their daily issues without going anywhere, meaning they have to spend most of their time at home sitting on their couch. The decrease of movements affects the health of people negatively. Also the popularisation of alcohol and smoking caused the growth of usage of these means. Eventually more people die of heart diseases, diabete and cancer. It lowers the average standard of people’s health day by day. To confirm this statement the demographic changes can be observed between 1990s and today. It can be said that the average length of life has lowered dramatically since then.
Besides, the environmental issues, pollution and waste problems, the scarcity of natural resources have a negative impact on the average standard of people’s health. The cause of these environmental problems is again human. The economic and industrial activities, increased number of private cars, unproper waste management make the Earth even worse and unlivable. The health of people living in certain regions such as Africa is especially in danger. They’re unable to consume drinkable fresh water, clean food and hygenic clothes.
The future seems to be hopeless for human’s health if the countries and several organizations keep avoiding to solve this problem. The scientists predict that new diseases will emerge in the future which will be even worse for the people’s health. The COVID19 was an example for us also to realise the importance of unpredictable diseases. The health of people is in danger and it’s not going to be better unless several steps are made.
