Nowadays, it is often argued that, the children should most of their free time taking part some kind of activities in sport in a crucial way. In this essay will discuss both positive and negative sides for this statement. I believe that training activities are fundamental for human life not only for fun.
The positive sides for training, children who spend most of their time doing sports seriously can develop discipline and strong physical health. It also teaches them teamwork and helps them build confidence for the future. To clarify, it gives more chance and opportunities for entering universities which can win among the competition, and there are games that it can be focus to one place and it helps to thrive logical thinking and coherence some kind topic and they can speak easy and widely. For example, particularly, chess and puzzle, and sharpen the mind and help the brain work better. In addition, not only training, perhaps eating nuts, it is so fundamental items for consuming and for human’s brain.
The negative sides for training, spending too much time on sports can cause stress and reduce time for study. Children may feel pressure to win and lose interest in other important activities. Moreover, adding competition may become cause some kind of injures and they may suffer from entire life, while others find that it is unnecessary for human health. For example, serious training can lead to injuries or physical exhaustion, and focusing only on sports may limit children’s creativity and social life. In the result, some children may neglect their studies and have poor academic performance.
Bay way of conclusion, both positive and negative sides are fundamental for human thinking and over training become bad habits, maybe avoid doing homework and reduce attention for lessons. But, training always leaded to health and I believe that every people train true way which is belong to sports.
