Today, in our world after pandemic year was rapidly increasing the amount of workers who doing job at home.This numbers will be continuing in the future and will be only growth.I believe that working at home could cut time that employees spent for job and will increase the economic growth , and this advantage for outweigh any potential disadvantages.
One downside of doing work at home might be that they could to lead to isolation and loneliness of employments.Nowadays, in many countries, a great number of people are working at home. Imagine all people who work at home stay at this place for twenty four hours at seven days every day and at the result it will affect their mental health problems because of isolation and the second problem that will happen of these it is community service will be low. That will raise the selfish worker without thinking about collective.However, I think that doing work at home will be help to economy time that employments spent for jobs and after that they can spend this time for doing more effective work.
One the positive side, making jobs at home could help businesses reduce operating expenses. For example, in many companies they provide drivers for job and if they would make a chance for workers choose in what environment they want work their work qualification will be significantly growth and they will spent more time for jobs than road and traffic jams.
