It is argued that earning money is only the aim of going to work. However,I partially agree with this statement,as there are some reasons behind it.
Firstly,more and more people may consider the salary of the workplace when they apply for a job for the first time because they have the responsibility of making money for their families. Moreover, broadly taking money into consideration might be a reasonable problem. For instance,nowadays most students studying at universities try to get money for their expenses, including the payment of rent, bills, or water consumption. In this case,the only reason for getting a job would be earning money. If these students had enough money to make a living,they would work to gain experience.
On the other hand, except for earning money, I am going to tell you about some reasons for getting a job. First of all, to get a job, do not only rely on a high-paid salary. There are multiple reasons for this, like gaining experience,being in a team, or spending time with their colleagues. A few years ago,when I went to apply for a job in a small café,I saw a person who wanted to get a job for only being around people because of undergoing lonenly life. Furthermore,studying abroad may require a bit of experience in some workplaces. At that time, people do not take the payment into account. If they needed money,they would not choose that way when they apply for a job.
In conclusion,although there are still people who want to get a high-paid job, like students or the head of the family,other reasons can be taken into consideration, like being in a crowd or spending time with their favorite things.
