I have been staying in this flat for last 2 years and every possible thing about this building from location to infrastructure is amazing and also management teams is very supportive.
However, I would love to choose option B. I feel installing biometric locks on the doors will be very helpful to me and I think all the neighbors are sharing the same thoughts. We have night vison cameras installed at prime location, and I think adding more would not be a sensible option.
According to me, adding biometric locks will also support the residents with their security. Many times, people at night forgot to lock door which can increase the chance to get robbed during peak dream time. I have heard through my friends that if there is an error on scanning machine or if someone try to breach the security then it will immediately share emergency alert to the tenant, security and police.
Furthermore, I really believe this lock doors will be a best inclusion in this building which can add more peaceful sleep at night.
