Overall, these maps show how industrial center will be converted into residential area. The significant transformation will have been taken place In nearly all areas of the plan with replacing all factories into new features such as shops, playground, medical center and school. The only one place, which will have been replaced, is a farmland in the north.
Firstly,three housing will have been built in northeast part instead of factories, while below shops were contracted. Another feature which is going to be built is a special pass through the river where A housing will be built in the north side.
Instead of 2 factories in the northeast it will be built a playground between 2 housing. Meanwhile, other 2 factories in the southeast will be replaced by one big housing, while medical center is going to be built in the south side of a big circle pass. Additionally, one factory will be converted into a school. The only feature which will be just replaced It into the north is farmland, which actually was in the center of the north part.
