Overall, the development plan is focused on modernization and reducing a small part of green zones.
Currently, the community center on the southwest side has an entrance in the middle and two flowers on the right side near the local lake. At the center there are four different residential blocks from A to D. On the left side, four trees are placed, and on the opposite side, three benches are situated. At the top, from west to east sides, the green zone is extended up to the lake.
According to the plans for development, by 2030, the community center will be demolished and replaced by the supermarket, which will be placed between an entrance and an exit. The kids’ game center and family gym will be constructed on the left side, reducing the space for green zones. Moreover, four blocks will remain as they were, however there will be the addition of a courtyard.
