I totally agree with this statement because if science might not connect with people preferences, it would be reason for increasing rate of danger like harm for environment and causes difficulties.

In addition, through knowledge is created hazardous substances, nuclear weapons and artificial products. Those are harm for environment and, unless environment might better to live, there would be difficult to live in Earth because it may cause incurable diseases, destruction of non-renewable materials and even to the explosion of the earth. One example of them, after the Second World War, were created the atomic bomb and dropped it on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Eventually, residents have been suffering these issues until now as well as children born with disabilities. Furthermore, every invention created must be created with the intention of not harming people and nature.
Secondly, as the human mind develops, it creates conveniences for themselves and tries to make life easier. Science ought to help for living without difficulties because people want to achieve their needs by working less, from born, additionally, people use knowledge, create things as well. If science doesn’t make people’s lives easier, then it doesn’t need to, because it’s easier to have a year’s supply of food than to build cooking equipment after years of study, because the use of equipment is also required a product.
