The provided maps depict the transformation of the university’s sports centre between current and planning for future. Overall, in the area there will be transformation and addition of several rooms and facilities. The changes occurred in two main areas with the pool as a pinpoint, west side and east side.
Regarding the present map, the west side, Outdoor courts will be replaced into Leisure pool in the future plan. However, a refunction took place in the east side where building Outdoor courts in present will be changed into Sport Hall. Whereas, in the North there is a gym that will be widened in future plans.
Nowadays, there are no rooms on the south side near the outdoors, however, in the planning maps there will be expansion into a changing room and sports shop. On the other side, there are development spaces near the Outdoor courts on the Eastside of which will be established as a cafe and changing room. Next, on the east side, there are no buildings and in addition there will be two dance studios in the future.
