The surging developments of Artificial intelligence (AI) brought both downsides and benifits for the job market. one of the significant issues is lose of color jobs. However, we have to tax heavily on business that automated their nature of jobs in order to prevent un employment in to our society.
One of the main downsides that AI brings is lose of works, which based on offices like sales and counters. Many individuals have lost their positions by arisal of this new technology, and destroyed their hope of earning salaries from the company, which they work for. For instance, in Japan last year 20000 employees at a factory terminated their contracts because of automation. This leads to poverty, where some people could not afford to pay the utilities that they suppose to pay, because they were too relient on those types of works.
I genuienely suggest that goverments should levy heavily tax on companies that apply automations. If we tax more on those organizations, we would be able to control the job market by reducing the chances of machines to take over human roles. For example, the finland authorities tax bitterly on them, and they succeeded to minimize the risks that they imposed by AI. As result of this, we woud be able to bring sustainable peace on work opportunities, and everyone will be willing to work with out fearing that problem.
In conclusion, although AI has advantages and disadvantages the biggest problem lies on the possibilites of getting jobs, and it is limited. I advised to the goverments to tax more on those who employ automatic machines to reduce the amount of employees that they have.
