An increasing figure of human are choosing to work remotely, yet this trend has guide to a drop in face-to-face social interaction among peers. I believe this problems caused the development of technology, and to solve this problem they must increased time of work in office.

The development of tehcnology give flexibility where people can work from home and still connected with their colleague. For example, someone can do their project which was given from their company at home and can use several app to conncet with their partner such as zoom,whatsaap, and many more. As a result their teamwork will not drop just because work in far distance.
In addition, solving problem related with work remotely is by rising the time of work in office. Rising time of work in office will encourage their social intreaction because they have a time to spent with their partner. For instance, some company hold a program that make employers must come to work to company at least once a week which is program to make their employers build social interaction among others employers.
