Some individuals have hold the opinion that stayining in work areas has great influence on city centres, others opine that what prblems may be occur by few people, who are commuting to town for work purpose. I will discuss in this essay the issues and how to revitalize these areas .
Admittedly, there are a number of causes behind this great issue. Firstly, the centralize of working, particularly the industrial areas in only urban regions. Moreover, the facilities that needed to an industrial revolution, which may not be found in countrysides and in certain areas. For example, in Bangladesh, most of BASICS industrial zone are only situated in towns and city centres. For these reasons, the empolyees have to stay in cities and sometomes they reside there with families and thios phenomenon enforce the population growth in this areas and improve the stress on city centers by creating traffic congestions , water hortage , electricity shortage and most important the pollutions in every elements of environment.
Accordingly , there is a list of solutions of this curses, like distribution of industry, creating more epz in different zone and control the population growth in cities and towns . To begin with, the governments have to contruct more industrial place in different states of the countries and the areas hshould be distributed between villages and cities equally. Furthermore, the population congestion in towns and metropuliton areas must be controled and for residing only the empolyees, the industrialis should build quarters and provide all facilities there. For intance, they must be taken under rules and regulations , staff bus should be provided in this particular routes to mitigate congestion .
To conclude, eventhough the staff may be provided all these facilities, the employers should make possible more utilities for the employees as well as the countries. Thus, the city centers may be get rid of some detrimental concerns of , traffic congestion , shortages of significant utilities and maintaing the rules properly .
