Nowadays people can notice a significant shift from buying in shops to buying online.Some of them think that this change can lead to acute problems in society.
On one hand, online shopping gives customers many major advantages.For instance, it offers the opportunity to order something online while staying at home and now they don’t need to carry heavy bags,baskets and etc.Therefore, buying things on the internet websites unlock the chance to get clothes and other items with a better price or even with a better quality, because internet shopping provides a wide range of products.
On the other hand, physical stores face numerous challenges with this new development in the industry.Furthermore, these shops are closing down due to the loss of their clients.Consequently, people who work in the local markets are losing their jobs and that can lead to serious problems in society.For example, workers who lose their jobs are not able to support their families or they can not pay a percentage of their income to the government.
In conclusion, I disagree with the statement,which states that online shopping is harmful to society.On the contrary, I think this technology brings and will bring a lot of benefits to people in the future.Of course, nowadays it also has a lot of disadvantages too, but in my opinion internet shopping is one of the greatest things that will change our lives in a better way.
