The two pie charts below illustrate the spending of regional government in year 2010 and 2015.

Overall, it is clearly evident that healthcare and education accounted for almost half of the chart. Meanwhile, Culture and Leisure was the smallest in both years.

Looking to the detail, there was a slight decrease in both Education and Healthcare by less than 5% of the segments between 2010 and 2015. In contrast, the percentage of expenditure in terms of pensions and defence rose moderately from 15%, and 14% to 29%, collectively.

Similarly, the cost of Welfare and Interest on borrowing experienced a dramatic increase about one to fifth of the chart which comprised 13%, and 10% of the chart, respectively. As opposed, the expenses of transportation, and Culture and Leisure dropped by just a percent by the end of the period.
