Traffic congestion is one of those challenging problems that exist in many large cities like Tehran and Los Angeles.
It is said that governments should take some measures for tackling all these negative sides of individuals’ lives. One of the efficient solutions is imposing high taxes for those families who breed more than two children, this idea prevents increasing the population and facing housing issues. Furthermore, it should announce for all majors to produce high quality merchandise, from electrical productions to those commodities that are manufactured in degradable materials. These solutions should be taken as serious actions for improving societies.
