Many people believe that housing shortage in urbanized cities, which can cause severe social consequences, can be solved by only government action. I agree with that view. Lack of affordable housing tend to deplete accesibility for dwellers and that can only be solve by influence of government, as fund and promote jobs of seller and helping to residents be aware of recent housing programms of any departure of country.
First, individuals who work as estate agent are insufficient for the nation. This is because less people aware about that proffesion and lack of education studies are provided to universities by ministry. Thus, fewer students choose and interest in such kind of job as real estate agent, and respectively many people will trouble with finding an apartment. For example, in Kazakhstan, there are only 2 or 3 universities where student can learn about accomadations and then can work as an estate agent; so it influence for reduction of estate agents in country.
Second, many companies and political parties give many possibilities for residents of country to be gifted by flat or appartment, but less people know about those programs.The reason for this because they are less published and opened at community. Government need to try more convey about programms and advertising them for people. For example, politica party, from Kazakhstan, in recent decades start to gift appartment for young people who worked hard at work, due to the Year of Youth, but few people use this opportunity because few people was subscribed for that types of perties. So, I concern that government should use more advertising tools for helping know about housing projects.
In conclusion, I strongly assert that only government can fix housing crisis. Many people consider that shortage of accommodation in big cities should be solve by government, agreeing with that statement, department can fund more for advertising estate agents and try to experience growth of awarenes about housing programs.
