The discussion of overpopulation is surely one that begs the question of exactly how it affects the living beings. In my opinion, due to poverty and global warming, the population must be controlled globally will be apropos.
One clear fact is that with the increase in the density of humans, most of them are already living without enough food globally. Take for instance, couple of decades ago when the number of people living on our planet was very less compared to today, everyone had sufficient to eat. However, with the upward spike in the crowd, the poverty rate also started growing. To add more, this growth is not only suffering the twofold but also all kinds of other living creatures. Because the mothers who are not able to produce sufficient milk for their babies, the demand for other dairy products like vegetables and fruits, which results in heavy breeding of farm animals using steroids followed by projecting them as a by-products for human consumption which causes multiple diseases later. Hence, to suppress this suffering for all the living, everyone should act to control it.
Furthermore, this human act is also responsible for the global warming. This can be understood when considering that everyone needs shelter, which results in utilizing more natural resources to build it. On top of that, we are also exhausting the fossil fuels like never before, which can neither be created nor reproduced. Therefore, the collapse in the mankind seems to be a safest act to protect our blue planet.
To conclude, each individual should act responsibly by having only one to no children depending on their interest. At least this way, one can provide an opportunity for next generations to experience the life.
