Band 5+: Some people believe that employees should remain with a single company for their entire career, while others think that regularly changing jobs and employers is more beneficial for professional growth. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the view that frequent job changes benefit a person's career?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Work is an essential aspect for income, and the debate whether one should aim to be with one employer for their whole working life is better for their career or to try out different jobs many times has lingered for many years. While both perspectives are logical, I will further discuss the latter view below.

Till some years ago people did not have facilities like they do now. For instance now people can gather experience ,research and explore better options. And ultimately choose the career that alines with their goal the most. This provides several opportunities in the field they are working on and if changing jobs is required for them to grant that opportunity then they must as it benefits their career.

Every workplace seeks for an experienced person to work for them, and that experience comes by being part of such projects in the past. For a better working plan one must but be afraid to risk and try different opportunities. Experience is gained by practicing in the field. For instance, working for a local electronic shop helps you gain skills and experience which will benefit you later if you showcase that practice at a high paying job that requires the same experience.

In conclusion, being able to gain knowledge on the field you previously worked for and using that to grab greater opportunities will progressively help for a better career.
