Nowdays,increasing number of people are taking less interest to obtain teaching profession. This essay will discuss some cause and possible solution in the upcoming paragraph.
People don’t prefer teaching profession due to low wages.this is because tutor has myriad responsibilities in this profession such has handling students and home expenses . To add to this , schools don’t offers much salaries according to their hardwork.so people find it difficulty handling financial problem. Although this job is repulatable but because of low salaries ,tutors prefer other professions instead of teaching line.for example, recent research conduct that 80% of teachers and tutors left their job due to fewer salary.
Moreover, there are some solution to tackle this problem such as increase pay package of teachers. If government address the problem of teachers or increase their salaries then they will be able to handle their finance difficulty effortlessely .moreover, not only they will enjoy their life but also they will not choose other profession .for instance, there are numbers of schools in different cities which offers handsome salaries due to this ,80% teachers are highly satisfied with this profession.
To sum up, there are reasons of not choosing teaching line such as lower salaries but this problem can be tackle by government if it increase pay package of teachers.
