Online shopping is more popular because of time efficiency and not getting tired of walking and choosing clothes. It is time efficient because we don’t need to go out. When you are walking in the shopping center and choosing clothes you get tired, so shopping at home is better. For example, I use kaspi and pindodo for shopping because of these reasons.
On the other hand, online shopping also has clear drawbacks. The most common problem is that sizes might not fit. When buying clothes or shoes online, you can’t try them, so the sizes might be too big or too small when they arrive. Moreover, companies can make packing mistakes, such as sending red shoes instead of blue ones, which leads to the extra stress of sending the item back.
In conclusion, online shopping is a better alternative to traditional “look and try on” shopping because it is time efficient and not tiring, however it still has drawbacks such as sizes may not fit and sometimes some orders may be wrong.
