It is widely acknowledged that in modern societies, most older people rarely communicate with youngers. Although, social interaction between two generations is decreasing because of modern technologies and workplace, and schools va parents can address this issue.
On the one hand, there are many reasons for this problem. Firstly, one of the most major issues is modern technology such as mobile phones. Mobile phones make people obligation to phones and they can not fit in with their family members including olders. For example; younger spend their most time to phones and its game and it limited their time to speak with others and study. Secondly, workplace can cause this problem. What makes the issue even more complicated is that many people go to urban place to work and they move to city and other place which paid more money, that’s why they grow apart from their family and become nuclear family.
On the other hand, Government and parents can provide the best solution to this issue. First of all, schools need to teach one new programm which is educate about appreciating and speaking with older people. There is no denying that all people think only their future career and they do not pay attention to their older people, thats why school need to train them to fit in to their family members. Last but not least, parents play a pivotal role to this issue. For the sake of illustration, if parents show their children to need to speak older people and go to them, children mimic this action better than them and appriciate, because children do a lot of thing they see around them.
Taking everything into consideration, modern technologies take a toll on interaction between old and youn people, and school can correct this problem by teaching new programm or subject. Workplaces also play a vital role to this problem, while if parents teach them about family value, they can find time to speak with old people.
