In modern days, community’s life expectancy is increasing steadily. In addition, some people think that older individuals have to work. From my perspective, I totally disagree with this statement, and youths have to work for their future.
Socially, young individuals are trying to be more comfortable, and escaping from their workplace. In Mongolia, they are focusing on their freedom, and their personal development, especially GenerationZ civilians. Furthermore, proportion of youth workers are declined in every field of company, and those companies are facing lack of productive young workers.
In addition, seniors are less productive compared to youngers. Therefore, it unpleasantly affect their country development and economic flow. For instance, Mongolian youth generations dislike Mongolian life quality, and economy. Nevertheless, they do not enjoy working, prefer to be free. As a result, enhancement of industries and economic development is falling significantly.
In contrast, senior citizens are more experienced and skillful in their professions. Because, they have already studied in the university, and worked for a long time. However, it has a limitations. Every field of profession is becoming related to Artificial Intelligent (AI), and modern technologies. Therefore, older workers are experienced in their work although efficient technology is unpleansantly affect them. In this situation, young generations are familiar to recent technologies and they can adhere rapidly to their profession.
To conclude, a significant amount of younger civilians are unemployed, but their life exceptancy is still higher. Therefore, older workers are still working. However, young generations should work for their future. In addition, working can create responsibility, and discipline to them, and it can significantly affect their future.
