It is sometimes believed that living in schools is better than living at parents’ house for students. This essay strongly agrees with this suggestion for several reasons.
The first argument given to support my opinion is that students should step out of their comfort zone to develop themself . The reason for this is that college students are old enough to experience more things in their life. In fact, experiencing more things allows them to improve their social skills. For example, my cousin, who are studying IT, used to be a shy person. But after living far away from his family, he becomes an extrovert. In particular, he joins many university clubs such as football club and chess club. Participating in many clubs helps him to interact with his new friends and learn many useful soft skills like managing or communicating. That is why I believed that students should live in the schools instead of at home.
Another point behind my belief is that students should reduce their dependency on their parents. For this reason, I think that they have lived with their parents long enough to be able to live independently. They can apply what their parents teach them over the years to life. For instance, students lived in countryside want to study in a high quality university in the city. As a result, they have to live far away from their home to continue their studying path. This can lead to the reduction of dependency on their parents. They have to cook to survive in these days. Therefore, I would content that students should stay in the schools, instead of at home.
In conclusion, I totally agree that living in the schools is more recommended than living with their family, given the aforementioned arguments.
