There is no doubt that we work with several people who have different personalities. Some people are known as angry, calm, trustworthy or excited. it is evident that these kinds of individuals are more preferable as colleagues. Also there should be open communication among co-workers. In this essay, I will discuss the expected colleagues’ personalities and why these are crucial.
Firstly, it can be clearly understood that people want to trust their co-workers and they can do their jobs better without under pressure. For example, I worked at the software company which develops mobile and website applications. My title was junior full-stack developer. During the project, i noticed that my colleague got distracted and did not contribute the project at all. He was also lying about that he was working all the time and while i was the one who did not even develop project. Then team leader and I argued about my work ethics. I had to quit my job due to mobbing. Therefore, the importance of co-workers is vital.
Secondly, we always project to meet people who conflict-solver and taking responsibilities seriously because people prefer stepping forward not backward which means conflict-solver individuals are talented to fix issues and they always going up while solving problems. In addition, people who know their own responsibilities can take action quicker since people, who do not know what to do, have to decide first what they are going to do.
In conclusion, the reasons and the personalities of potential co-workers have been discussed. In my opinion, people should choose their colleagues carefully because picking the wrong individuals leads to be an irreversible situation due to current conditions.
