Work is one of the main parts of our life and there’re many people who have a strong influence on us both personally and career-wise. Despite every person is individual, some personality’s traits are appreciated by colleagues in most kind of jobs. Responsible, well-adjusted, communicative and professional person would be a great co-worker everywhere.
First of all, responsibility is the crucial factor in all workers which could give them respect among colleagues. If someone joins to company, the employer usually pay attention to one’s ability memorize and perform tasks with quality. Secondly, a well-adjusted person is an another example of the fine co-worker, because such people are able to deal with assistants and clients in a good way. Furthermore, they can cope with different situations as frequently they are used to finding solutions through critical and analytical thinking. Thirdly, sociability and helpfulness are important in command work so today many employers try to create the friendly atmosphere in companies through corporate events and group projects. For example, I have experience in various areas of work and I’ve identified that in friendly team people stay much longer than in rough collective with excessive competition.
Finally, professionalism is most valued because it enables to achieve the goal in a short time. If someone is a professional, colleagues want to communicate with and learn some new skills from this person. In addition, such people can solve complicated problems and perform assignments at a higher level.
All in all, there are many varied traits of the great co-worker. In my opinion, communicative and responsible person who’s able to deal with complicated tasks and has professional education in this sphere is a great find for any company and colleagues.
