Band 5+: What are the negative impacts of playing video games and what can be done to minimize the bad effects?

The number of children playing computer games are increasing rapidly every day and it has already been addiction.These rises are crucially important in today’s world and the best way to tackle the issue will be discussed.

Recently,Modern smartphones are being manufactured and updated annually which encouraged children to play computer amusements in higher qualities.As children are spending time in front of screen for hours without pauses and relaxations that lead to some medical problems such as eye strain,get used to a sedentary life, psychological nerve and even increased risk of obesity.For instance,When children adapt a fun which is kind of battle game,He or she keeps an eye on the pastime in a stable manner without looking at anywhere that influences a decrease in the percentage of distant vision on human organism gradually.Additionally,The university of Arizona has proven that playing video distractions contribute to poor sleep,impact attention,academic performance and well-being.

The issue might be solved by parents and governments which they should put a ban on using computer in lower ages.Computers do not have to be utilized more than a hour in a day that is essential settlement and it may assist to regulate and upgrade sleep time and brain performance as well.By implementing structured gaming approaches, such as time limits and parental controls, the gaming experience can be regulated effectively. Additionally, promoting games that encourage critical thinking and creativity can help cultivate positive gaming habits while minimizing addictive behaviors.

In conclusion, while video games can provide entertainment and cognitive benefits, their negative repercussions, particularly in terms of physical health and addiction, are considerable. Through the implementation of balanced schedules that include physical activity and appropriate gaming regulations, the adverse effects of video gaming can be substantially minimized.
