Criminals are always consider as law breakers that cause troubles in the society. Most of them are arrest by the law enforcers, but after these criminals get release we will wonder are they going to reintegrate with the society or will they be the factor leading to social unrest.
The bright side of having criminals in the residental area is the local population is going to increase. And maybe the once sinful inmates will reintegrate with the others. Also, their freedom and human rights are not violated. For example, 68% criminals after rehabilitation lived peacefully with the other residents and there were no crimes activites around their living area.
But the other side is not that great, criminals are often danger and lurking in the shadow to commit crimes again. As the word criminal has described, it means a individual that have broken the law, causing troubles and increase social unrest rate. Because of that, they are mostly dangerous foes and usually the threat for nearby residents. For example in London, a lot of gangsters activities near a neighbourhood kept increasing and reached it peek at 46% in 2019 which there were some armed assaults and burglary committed by these outlaws.So, having criminals society is mostly dangerous to civilians, rehabilitated criminals can reintegrate with the others
